Compensation:

Average Earnings: $16-25/hr based on experience.

Requirements:

• A flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional kitchen experience required
• General knowledge of mixing and baking with a passion for food
• Bread baking experience is a HUGE plus. 
• Existing Food Handler’s Certification required for Maryland, or will obtain it within 30 days post-hire 
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. You’re on your feet the majority of the day.
• Use of hands to reach, grip, turn and perform precision work
• Ability to lift, push/pull, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds
• As needed climb ladders, stairs, ramps and uneven floor and/or surfaces
• As a Full-Time Baker you will be scheduled for a minimum of 35hrs/week.
