At Sprout, we scratch cook and package everything in our Easton Kitchen. From there we transfer product daily to our retails stores in Annapolis and St. Michaels along with home delivery and wholesale orders. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading their van, transporting product safely and assisting with unloading product inside at each location.

Compensation:

Average Earnings: $16-20/hr based on experience.

Requirements:

• A flexible schedule and are available to work mornings and weekends
• Clean driving record
• Ability to sit for long periods of time. You're expected to drive between 2-5 hrs per shift.
• Ability to lift, push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, ramps and uneven floor and/or surfaces.
