Essential Accountabilities & Functions:

1.      Understand, support, execute and be a champion for the mission, vision, values, and service philosophy of Eat Sprout.

2.      Team player and provide care and attention to scope of work and fellow teammates.

3.      Assisting in operating equipment and stations that pertain to food handling and packaging.

Specific Job Accountabilities

4.      Support your team by taking joy in the tasks that keep the kitchen running smoothly and beautifully—these tasks may vary but can include washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning, and organizing the walk-in, and taking out trash. 

5.      Inspect equipment prior to each shift and after each shift to prevent cross contamination.

6.      Obsessed with the details! 

7.      Always wear proper safety and sanitation equipment/uniform.

8.      Maintain proper organization of materials, containers and final product in kitchen, walk-in, and storage areas. 

9.      Conduct oneself at all times in a manner of professionalism and strive to learn.

10.    Complete tasks on a routine basis and are accurate and up to date. Ex. Maintaining cleaning logs and requested days off.

11.    Be passionate about the planet and help us achieve our company-wide sustainability goals.

12.    Uphold and follow all health, food safety, and safety guidelines.

13.    Promote a safe and respectful working environment.
